Well, of course, working with the Pelosi gang over in the Congress as well on their January 6th jihad.

On the pardons, they're null and void.

the committee report confirms beyond a shadow of a doubt that no one really knew how the pardons emerged.

And there was really no authorization that anyone can reliably point to for the pardons, not even an oral authorization.

You know, one of the misconceptions is they need to be signed.

They don't necessarily need to be signed, but they do need to be authorized.

And there's really no evidence that Biden authorized

many of these pardons.

And on top of that, when you look at the pardons themselves, they're deficient.

They don't state crimes in large measure.

They go back years.

And you can't have a pardon that doesn't delineate a crime.

It's not valid.

It's null and void.

And what the Justice Department should have done six months ago, eight months ago, was investigate and prosecute as if these pardons didn't exist.

Let the defendants raise them as defenses.
