They are very talented.
They have a very, very good team.
Julian Sane, we need to see him.
He struggled in their bigger games at the end of the year.
He struggled in that game against Texas, but that was his first career start.
You need to see him take a step forward.
They did lose a lot of guys on the defensive side of the ball.
The biggest obstacle they face will be Julian Sane not progressing and that schedule.
I think even if things don't go well, they're just too talented not to be in the playoff at the end of the year.
ironically though like that's all true and like those road games he had a difficult time with but like if you think about the teams that we think of as national title contenders this year you could say that about pretty much every single one of their quarterbacks like they all struggled in big games it's like Julian Sands struggled against Indiana Dante Moore struggled against Indiana guess who won the national title Indiana so I mean there's some of that to it and you do expect that you know you're not going to be great when you're playing great defenses that is why they are great defenses
The question typically is, can you make enough plays?
And they just didn't make enough plays in those games.
But I do believe that with what Oregon has coming back at the receiver position, if they fail this year or Dante Moore fails this year, to me that's more on Dante Moore than anything.
there's really no excuse of what they have at the receiver spot.
They are fucking loaded.

The offensive line could be.
That's the one thing I'm going to be watching early with them.
I don't know if we'll learn a whole lot against Boise when they open the season.
