I wasn't going to include that.
I thought, oh, that's already out there.
And I Googled it.
I couldn't find that kind of thing out there.
There's a chapter on what to look for in a therapist.
Same thing.
I thought that's out there.
It's not.
So I included that.
Those are chapters that there's not enough information.
out there about those things in my humble opinion.
So that's what made, as well as my own story, it's pretty rare for therapists to really expose their own history for good reason, right?
We don't want to contaminate clients' experiences.
And again, I'm old enough.
It just doesn't matter.
I don't think, who cares?
