And then you're a real conduit giving so much information to the coach, the coaching group, the administration, you know, the medical.
So, yeah, you play a significant role in their lives and you get to know them at a far deeper level than just their injury.
Like you become friends.
You're their confidant, you're their mentor.
Absolutely.
The right people are worth their weight in gold.
Particularly if you've got a long-term injury.
