I know we never talk about the people that actually do the job that you've done, but it's amazing the impact that

that high-performance coach within a football club can have.

I don't think anybody that's ever – if you haven't experienced it, then you probably don't understand what we're talking about.

But in terms of the person that establishes or the players, where they establish their relationships, how quickly they establish their relationships, how much time they spend with somebody, it is that person they spend more time with than the other coaches of the organization.

And they're so much more influential.

Absolutely.

And –

And then you're a real conduit giving so much information to the coach, the coaching group, the administration, you know, the medical.

So, yeah, you play a significant role in their lives and you get to know them at a far deeper level than just their injury.

Like you become friends.

You're their confidant, you're their mentor.

Absolutely.

The right people are worth their weight in gold.

Particularly if you've got a long-term injury.
