Exactly.
So Chris Jones, you know, Chris Jones was at Melbourne, great man, been with him for ages.
And the man under him was a guy by the name of Steve Lawson, who was as good a man as I ever met in footy.
He was just that sort of bloke.
He, this is a, this is an example of how far he'd go.
We, we always would be at Inverloch for training over the summer months.
You know, Brett Lovett, myself, Rod Gruner come down, we'd spend 10 days and, and we always did an Inverloch to one thaggy run, which was part of, yeah, it was about 11K or something.
And it used to be sort of one thing we had to get over during that period of time.
We hated it and all that sort of stuff.
And anyway, we get up this morning, 6 o'clock, to do it.
And we jump out, walk out the front of the thing.
There's Steve Lawson just sitting there.
He'd been in his car, drove down from Melbourne, left at 3, knew we were going to do it, so he thought he'd come down and do it with us.
And did the run with us, got in his car and drove home.
Unbelievable.
Well, you live and breathe.
He sadly passed away in the past few years.
So it's great to remember old Flappers, one of the great men I've ever met in footy.
Well, it goes far beyond a job for the people in these roles.
You know, they just live it and breathe it and love it.
