You know, and the more variables you bring in as far as quality or experience and things like that, the more you're going to wonder if the job's going to get done correctly.
So hire experienced people.
I really like to direct them to my website.
And once they arrive there, they'll see numerous opportunities to ask for information.
It's on all of every individual page.
It's a couple times on the first page where it will just say, contact me or request information.
And then once they do that, it will take them to a forum where they can just give me just some basic details about their day.
And that's the critical part, truthfully.
It doesn't do much good for me to send them information on what I'm able to provide until I know that I can actually work with them.
You see?
And my website provides so much information about kind of me, my position, what I think about I should be providing for them.
So that should cover those questions.
But for me, I need to know date and time, first, last name, things like that, and how to contact you.
But that is how the best way for them to get that is right on my website.
COVID had a lot to do with this.
I used to meet with every couple in person.
And that was great.
I enjoyed it.
But at the same time, it is time-consuming.
