understanding looking at the Department of Homeland Security press release that he overstayed his visa.
I I believe it was visor visa, but I'm not sure.
But he overstayed the visa.
He was ordered to appear in immigration court.
He didn't show up.
Uh the judge ordered him deported.
So once ICE gets an order of deportation from a federal judge, their job is to execute that order and that's what they did.
He had his due process, ordered removed by federal judge and ICE removed him.
It's that simple.
ICE isn't a business of terrorizing children.
That's that's just that's just political fire.
ICE is out there enforcing law that was enacted by Congress.
Then we arrest illegal aliens, or some parents, I'm sure many are.
But we're not out there to terrorize children.
We're out there to look for illegal aliens with final orders of removal, those who overstay, those are criminals, and we're out there looking for arresting them.
ICE has no intention of terrorizing children.
Again, we're returning deported deportees to their home country.
Uh many times if the home country don't accept 'em, we send 'em to a third country.
I'm not in loop on this specific i incident, but again that's a question of department homeland security.
