We're a sanctuary city because we want victims and witnesses of crime, if they're in the country lately, victims and witnesses of crime to feel comfortable coming and reporting that crime without fear that we're working with ICE. Because that's bullshit. We all know that. We don't want to talk to the victim or witness. We want to talk to the guy that you locked in a jail cell.
