Like any young man, I listened to my upbringing and that was absolutely amazing.

I was from a great, great family.

I feel like I'm on a podcast all the time.

It's like council estate.

I was from a working class family.

The upbringing was, it was like a sort of normal upbringing.

My dad was an absolute crafter and he's incredible.

Anyone who's worked with him, I'm sure they'll vouch for him on that behalf.

And I started, so I'll give you a sort of background.

I started gymnastics at a younger age.

And that was probably the best foundation for sports or just growing up, let's say athleticism.

And I'd say gymnastics is the best foundation for so many things, so many sports, except for ball sports and stuff like that, because I can't play footy to save me life.
