But to me that that's for sometimes things which have a an everyday life

meaning like interference and automaticity, i it it's almost easier to

frame your thinking around and make one goes up, the other goes down.

You're looking and you can look for opportunities to do those things.

But it's then having that underpinning I re rationale for why those are important is then underp it underpins it to me.

So I I feel like there's a sort of intellectually

very satisfying kind of interplay between the executive functions and those uh axes.

Because one's much more sort of

real world and the other one is, you know, underneath.
