that she was in on it as far as kind of like moving the money around and aiding and abetting the sale of unregistered securities.
She's working the back office.
Teddy's the face of the operation.
Teddy's enjoying the money.
But his mom is a mechanic in the background, kind of pulling the strings, keeping track of stuff, emailing people on his behalf, things like that.
The loss amount, though, for all โ I guess West Virginia real estate is not worth as much as Manhattan real estate.
It was only $400,000.
