It is interesting.
We think about the issues that are confronting the country, the amount of debt that we're in, the issue of borders, the geopolitical picture.
The fact that Andy Burnham just starts banging on about devolution in the midst of all of that, I think just speaks to what...
I'm pretty sure about that.
He's also just quite so flimsy, and I think that's because he's a product of devolution anyway.
I mean, the metromerities and whatever are made for a politician like Burnham, kind of also ran, couldn't quite make it at the top of government or the Labour Party.
You send him out to...
Again, run a city, run a metropolitan area, and that's about his level, bless him.
That works.
But the fact that he now thinks that this is a model for the rest of the country, a publicly controlled bus network like the TFL model of socialism, as some people have called it.
And everything will sort itself out.
He's awful.
He is atrocious.
He probably had to go, but he's no, he's as bad as the rest of them.
And also he presided over the gayest government ever.
This does happen.
Do you want to mount a defence of your woman?
Not really.
I remember you tweeted many years ago, it's time for trust and all that.
Time for trust.
