Ukrainians that are you know, uh sympathetic to Russia or uh and there can be Ukrainians who are against the Ukrainian government and the U country today.

And in a way, for the Russians, that's ideal because that helps them muddy the narrative.

The Russians are experts at doing this, uh the Soviets were too, you know, creating this confusing narrative.

So, you know, us in Western countries, when we come to report on these incidents, you know, and and for our audiences to understand them, when people hear that, oh, it was a Ukrainian that carried it out, that's just a bit confusing.

So, you know, that is the sort of modus operandi which we've seen.
