He always like two, three times the day before, two, three times on the day and then he was set, right?

And I was like, I don't really have time.

I just just five minutes, blah blah blah.

So from that experience I learned that I need to prepare myself more properly and I kinda did

But because that was a correlation.

I saw that, okay, you can't go say that you're bad.

You can't uh blame the audience.

You can't do any what what can I blame?

Where I can blame my preparation.

So if I prepare well, then I know that I've prepared.

So the next step was I prepared and then I noticed, okay, I didn't get laughs here.

Then the jokes are bad.

then I know what's what I need to do, right?

So today, when I'm doing like bigger stages and I'm trying out material, I'm doing like I'm sandwiching in new things and old things.

I don't get startled because it's like when I say something and I don't laugh, it's like, okay, maybe it's a too complicated idea.

Maybe the wording is off.

Maybe the setup is wrong.

Maybe the punchline is too weak.

Because in comedy, the further away the punchline comes from the setup, the bigger the laugh needs to be.

So you see comics doing like quick, quick things at a high pace and you get a lot of laughs, maybe not the big laugh, but the audience is still really happy, right?
