What worries me more is the state of the banking sector in the U.S.

The banks are still very heavily levered.

They have exposure to rising interest rates and interest rates are sticky.

They're not going down.

So I think the system is not fully stable.

And especially in the banking sector, there are a lot of hidden risks.

Before the Great Recession, about 70 percent of loans were originated by banks.

Now it's only about 30 percent.

It accounts for about 60% of that migration.

A lot of this activity has moved to the

unregulated sector to the non-banks.

Non-banks like fintech companies.

This is stuff that's not on disc officially anywhere.
