The way it works is there's all of the metal sits on a bed and that bed kind of rolls across the line from one station to the next.

And in every station, a robot goes and makes these spot welds.

And so we would measure the throughput of each station.

And we could say, hey, this station is only sending through it.

It takes a minute to do its full cycle or something like that.

And while this station takes 30 seconds.

And so, obviously, the one that takes a minute, that's the bottleneck.

And so, we would try and focus on, well, why is it taking a minute?

Does the robot path need to be changed?

Does the equipment need to be changed out?

How can we optimize it?

And so, it took a lot of problem solving.

And that was probably the biggest thing I learned is, okay, I can...

reach in my toolbox, pull out any of these tools, and apply it to solve a problem.

Huh.
