It's been so nice to hear Tommy talking about his days down at Peel Thunder recently.

I was fortunate enough to be a teammate of his in his early years down there.

To be honest, I always had the feeling Tommy's body would let him down eventually.

Reason being, whenever he made the trip down to Mandurah, he would head straight to the foreshore and check himself into his favourite Chinese massage parlour to really loosen himself up on game day.

He would then go next door to Jester's and get himself a spud deluxe pie before heading to the Thunderdome and get rolled by 80 plus points and have 17 uncontested possessions on the Ballantyne win.

Chester's, I've never heard of it.
