Yeah, immigration is always an issue that animates voters.
And in the current political environment where you've got cost of living pressures, but also housing affordability, whether it be renting or buying.
And in the era where politicians like Pauline Hansen readily identifies grievance, you have this perfect storm brewing.
Yeah, the 2001 election was fairly unique insofar as we had September 11 earlier in that year.
