is coming right around the corner and you can't forget that.
But I think the if you talk about the efficiency and the how the weekend went.
I think a lot of that goes to the all the work done up to that event. 'Cause I think so often you think, Okay
These are like segments.
You got OTAs, training camp.
And then it's all of a sudden open now we have to cut the team.
I mean, but it's an ongoing process uh and James mentioned the conversations, um, the evaluations, but then we have countless scouts behind the scenes, whether it's on the pro s pro side, when our college scouts come in doing evaluations, so that when you get to that weekend and you're discussing and and James has to make the final decision of how we're gonna put this roster together.

the data, the process so that when you get to the call game time, you can be efficient and you can operate in a way that clear minded, make decisions and have all the information you need um right there in front of you to hopefully make the the right call for the organization.
So um
It's it's such a uh it's a pro it's the process that's the most important.
I mean, I think we all get naturally focused on the weekend.
When the cut down's made.
Is it hard, easy, so on and so forth.
But it's really it's all the work that goes in that the people in this building and everyone on James staff and team and even the support staff how they weigh in our coaches, that's an ongoing process.
So that does make that we could while hard from a human standpoint, the emotional side can be still taxing and hard because you you appreciate what these guys have done, but the process can be efficient and smooth.
You can operate quickly and smartly and uh get through it in the right way.
