You know, physically they develop and especially in certain positions.
Not everybody's right Wayne Rooney, who can at seventeen be an absolute star.
Michael Owen likewise.

You know, so I do think, Matt, for most players, it's a good opportunity.
But one thing you don't want to do is go out on loan, play really poorly and struggle, and then affect them quite deeply.
So I think there's that fine line of getting it right.
