We do have a bit of an issue in New Zealand with our 10s and the way the game is played at schools level is they come out of the age groups and they're still not really their game management skills.
Now, you could see it when Dan Carter played for the 20s.
He just had it in spades.
You knew this guy knew how to run a game.

more reliant on their skill set, attacking the line or throwing a pass or whatever, but management of the game.
And this is why a lot of our number 10s, they come out of the age group system and they play them at fullback because they kind of still have to learn about how to read a game.
