So, you know, Kennedy's trying to figure out who these deaths were, whether they were even deaths, and if there were deaths, whether they were measles' deaths.

So this is all about midterms, it's about blaming Kennedy.

Every newspaper in the country, every you know, mainstream left-wing TV show blamed Kennedy, said people are dying.

This is a crisis, this is an epidemic.

You know, they should talk about the

fact that 5,000 to 8,000 kids die each year of preventable chronic disease.

85% of those deaths are preventable and nobody has done anything about it for the last 20 years.

So you know, even in 1962, before there was a vaccine,

Something like four million people got measles, and less than one hundredth of one percent of those people died.

And the people who died had serious comorbidities.

So this was a you know, this was a virus that wasn't killing people.

It was dying.

The virus itself was lessening in strength.

And since you know, 1910, when thousands of people died of it, without any vaccine, by 1962.

We were down to 408 deaths, 384 children.

So, you know, what was gonna happen is that this virus and those deaths were gonna disappear without any vaccine.
