As we all know, you can have one end of the spectrum to the other, but in the middle is probably where you'll land and what you'll focus on.

What are some of the more common issues that you face on a daily basis?

When people think about addiction, lots of times they think about substance abuse.

When you really get into what addiction is, lots of times it's a reason to go to something to get away from something.

How do you approach that when you get into that type of scenario?

You can't depend on something else to fix it.

Sometimes you have to take control yourself.

Now, I'm sure you've heard this many times.

People will say, well, that comes down to personal responsibility.

All that is, is a couple of words people use.

Many times, I'm sure, people feel like they've lost control and they're trying to gain that control back.

So do you phrase it in such a way that by taking control back, you are actually taking your own personal responsibility back?

And hopefully that makes them feel better in the end.

Yeah, that's a very tough situation.
