And now if you can't get 50 or 100 million users, you're not really anything at all.
And so we got to a million users pretty easily, but it just looked like the slog to get to even 10 million was going to be impossible.
With which company?
With Lyft?
With Lyft.
It's technically the same company.
And the thing with Lyft is that...
i i really wanted to work on much more bigger goals like the thing that excites me is elite performance like how do you become a great entrepreneur how do you become a great athlete and what lyft was really excelling on was habit so like i was on the path to keynoting the american dental association annual conference because we had helped more people floss
than any other organization in the world.
I'm positive, but I don't care about that.
That doesn't make me happy.
What makes me happy is when someone says like, Hey, I started this business or, Hey, I'm getting like 10,000 things more done per day.
And I got a huge raise and now I'm the VP or the CEO, right?
Like those things get me really excited.
And so in order to get there, we felt like the coaching needed to be a lot more powerful and lift.
The coaching was very like automated.
It was the software and the community did it.
And so we recruited the first thing we did is we did a project with Tim Ferriss where we recruited people out of our own community to coach a challenge that he was running.
And it was amazing.
It was I call it the no alcohol challenge, although there is more to it than that.
