In my time when I was operational, I certainly seen marriages destroyed over it, families destroyed.

Aside from the damage they do if they interact with another road user, when it comes back to the driver themselves, their lives are never the same.

And it is an attitudinal thing, David.

We really have to get our head together here and say no.

And we do need more referees on the pitch.
