I think having Maloney and Mark Fotheringham is big.

Maloney's obviously probably a Celtic legend, if not a big figure in the kind of recent past.

Fotheringham, by all accounts, you hear a lot through the Great Vine football, is a very, very good coach.

The boys love him.

I think regardless he should have been kept on as a coach somewhere along the line I think Maloney would have been up in the kind of boardroom sporting director level anyway so I think Martin O'Neill's the right choice at the moment I think the stability is a good thing after what happened with Nancy I know we keep going back to it but now what I would like to see is Martin O'Neill getting free reign on the signings

Yeah, I think the players are obviously important, the players you bring in and the players that are playing, but also the backroom staff is massive.

They're talking about following Maloney and Martin Neal, but I skipped him by accident there.

looking from the outside in would be Alistair Johnson going to the World Cup he's got the perfect what he done when he came back he just helped the team I think he would be a massive miss if he goes I think McGregor will stay I think that I'm trying to go off the top of my head who started the game I think Yang he he's another one who could have a good World Cup and go he he had a great season last year

for me I think the likes of Tanecki and that'll probably get shifted on I don't think they held a place too much I think Scales will stay Carter Vickers will stay Johnston and Tierney that'll probably be a back four McGregor in there as well in front of them and then I think Celtic do need to sign a lot of quality but
