By the way, I'm with you here.
I think if he loses tonight against Hibs, I'm not sure there's a way back for him.
that's usually a kiss of death when the chairman comes out and backs you isn't it it's it's never a nice thing because obviously there's a problem there and they need to come out and back you but I think
If I'm a Rangers fan, I always say that, put myself in that kind of thing.
You want somebody leading your team that you think can go and do something, and I don't think getting beat against Hibs tonight really paints that picture.
I know we laugh about breaking records, but as a manager at Rangers, they should be looking for managers to break positive records, go on runs, get them as much trophies as possible.
When you actually deep it and think about it, he has lost to Celtic in the Cup, he has been put out of the title race, and now if you're setting a record that goes back, we're going to guess 30, 40 years.
I think it would be fair based on the seasons they've had.
I think Hibs probably do deserve a European place as well because...
They're getting overlooked because of Hearts' success.
But I think Hibs have had a decent enough season.
I think Hibs are a club that probably will be looking to finish between third and fifth on a good season third and at worst fifth.
And I think they play an alright brand of football.
They've got some good players and they've brought through a couple of young players as well.
I think the wee boy Eldon, they've signed him and he looks a good one for the future.
So I don't think they'll be an outrage if they finish fifth and get Europe.
and as Tony said earlier on I think there'll be a few suitors for this guy because he's an out and out modern winger he drives he gets in behind and he's a goal threat I think he's got a really good assist rate as well this season so he's been wanting to stand out kind of offensive players in the league and by the way he works alright defensively as well he does put in a shift and he's not lazy you don't see him just standing up front waiting for the ball he goes in and gets mixed mixed in about it he's came through at Celtic he knows kind of the big club thing I'd be surprised if Celtic and Rangers weren't looking at him
Any other club you'd maybe say okay, but Rangers, you see this story every season.
They pull the trigger early in the season with a manager.
I think Celtic, for some reason, I think Celtic will have their next manager 90% done in their head, whether it's on paper, signed or whatever.
