I know they want to play Bauer, I get that, and they want to play Negrin but
For me, Cal McGregor, who's an unbelievable player, people always point to him first.
But see if you're a thirty three year old centre mid, your two centre mids run away and leave gaps everywhere, and you've got two players overloading you, he's going to be caught out at times, right?
For me, Negrin in the last game especially, it was basically a four four two.
Negrin never helped any at all defensively.
So for me, you know McGregor's qualities.
You're not going to leave him in the middle of the park with forty yards either side exposed.
Get another defensive mid next term and play a full two three one because Negren is a ten who's going to contribute goals.
Now, that leaves a problem for Bauer.
