So some of my core memories are actually just with his band practice at the house.

And I think that was like a big, I just feel like I really soaked that in like a sponge.

My mom actually grew up playing piano.

She's more like classically trained.

She can like read music and has like a really good ear for music.

She's like a big fan of music, I would say.

And really into lyrics.

So they're both just big music lovers.

So I'm guessing that's where I got some of it.

As stage parents, I like that term.

Yeah.

It's interesting.

I feel like from my perspective, they were always really supportive parents.

I know there's kind of a stigma around like it's almost like the pageant parent thing or the stage parent can be like maybe too much like this, too overbearing.

But I never got like I don't think my parents were that at all.

I think they really were like.

you know, of course they're going to be protective.

I was like six years old when I first started performing on stage.

And then I actually got signed to my first record label, had my first record deal by 12.
