I think of the show that you put on, I guess it would have been spring 2022.

I really think of that as a breakthrough moment for you.

And you were riffing on the influence of Claire McArdle, the mother of American sportswear.

And you even wore, speaking of vintage, you wore Claire McArdle to take your bow.

What is it about Claire McArdle that so moved you then?

people who have inspired your own career.

I think we all now take for granted comfort and ease, but it is interesting to think back to the mid-century, you know, 75 years ago, and things like a zipper in a dress or a pocket in a dress were total nonsense.

Women were really quite restricted.

I mean, it's interesting that American sportswear emerged at the same time that, you know, feminism did and women in the workplace.

It sort of goes hand in hand.

I mean, wearing a suit.

Well, we've only done two, but we've seen you at both of the Vogue Vintage sales.
