I can still sing all those songs in the same keys that I recorded them in, and it's like, man, just, you know, knock on wood.
I mean, so far, it just, it's as good as it's ever been.
And so, you know, I guess as long as that is the case, then I'll keep doing this.
But it's like, it's like any other thing.
And like as an old jock, I mean, after I'd had a couple of knee surgeries and whatever, if I couldn't play at 100%, I wasn't going to do it.
Why do that?
I didn't want to do that.
And this is kind of the same thing.
I mean, when I can't go out on stage and satisfy myself and perform up to my expectations, when I can't do that anymore, I'm done.
