So when I got out of college, during college, I was modeling a little bit.

And Mirabella Magazine, I don't know if anyone remembers that.

So I had gone in for a model call, and I ended up meeting Grace Mirabella and Jade Hobson-Charnin, who were the editor-in-chief and creative director of the magazine.

And they were like, would you ever want to be an intern or come as an editor?

And so when I graduated from Brown University, I went into – this is amazing.

That's a very affirming audience.

I've had so many lives.

I became a stylist.

And I worked at Mirabella Magazine.

I met my best friend there, Samira Nasser, who's the editor-in-chief of Harper's Bazaar now.

And so I was a fashion editor.

We left Mirabella Magazine and went to New York Magazine together, the two of us, with Jade Hopson Charnin.

And I worked there for quite a while.

And I had this... I was in acting class at the time, but I had this realization that...

that as much as I loved clothes, that it wasn't enough of a form of expression for me.
