And I can remember the first time I looked, I couldn't see her.
And I just said, she's not there.

Her words to me is, oh, thank goodness you're all safe.
And I can remember saying to him, well, Trevor and I are.
And just bluntly said, but the girls are dead.
94 fans died that day.

In January 1990, nine months after the crush, the official report into the disaster recommended a move to all-seater stadia, which led to a ban on standing at football matches.
This was eventually imposed on all clubs in the top two divisions in England and Wales in 1994.
In 1991, the inquests returned verdicts of accidental death, which was hugely controversial.
But in 2012, after an independent panel report, the High Court quashed the verdicts and in 2014, the new Hillsborough inquests opened.
