And it's like, you know, he's the co-founder of the company I'm working at.

Still to this day, 12 years later, I'm not sure what the real story is.
But yeah, it was a weird transition for sure.
Did you like venture capital?
Yeah, I mean, I love what I do.
I feel very blessed to, you know, have this really cool, you know, job where I get to learn about,
like everything.
This is like the beauty of VC as a job is that we're just going and interacting with the most interesting, most passionate people in the world who want to solve these really meaty problems.
And the expectation isn't that I'm going to know everything there is to know about nuclear.
Like you had Scott Nolan, my partner, who's building General Matter.
It's a nuclear fuels company.
I don't know anything about nuclear fuels, but I get to learn from the founder of that company and get excited about the thing that they're excited about.
And that's really what every day is.
Every day is just like an experiment in curiosity.
Yeah, it's still a big part of my day to day.
You know, we just have pitch meetings.
