I was getting a massage one day and this massage therapist that always works on me, she's like

You know, Trav, I can give you as many massages as you want, but like you have a lot of trauma.

You should do breath work, 'cause trauma, if it just lives inside your body, it turns into disease and you need to try to figure it out.

I finally gave in and I did it.

And

I really went into it so guarded, sort of like I'm gonna do the session, but I'm gonna I'm gonna have my guard up the whole time.

And ten minutes into breath work I'm bawling.
