It's not heat.
It's just keeping the wind off of you, I think.
I'm not a hand warmer guy.
I hear you on that.
I think when I was younger, I did it and I didn't love it.
And I felt like,
It was like the more that I wear, the less like free I felt.
It felt like I was kind of like in a straight jacket when I wore a lot of layers.
So I just eat the fact that I'm just going to be cold as fuck for four hours and I'll be fine no matter what.
I haven't noticed that it's going to make me stiffer and the cold is going to make me less athletic.
When you start running and your body gets warmed up, we're outside playing football.
I'm not going to be stiff that way.
I feel like the more layers I had on, that was restricting me more than if I'm just cold as balls.
Half of it is just being prepared for the situation.
