I'm superstitious.
You're 100% right.
And I think two of the things you have touched on are like monikers that we use our whole career, like the control what you control is something that is so important in athletics and really everything, right?
So many people get wound up in their head thinking about what ifs and things that are outside what they have control of.
And it's like, hey, if you just focus on these things, this is actually what's going to allow you to be successful.
To me, I felt like whenever I practice and really put the time in, I just felt confident and
you're not as nervous.
You don't worry as much.
You're just kind of out there doing what you just did all week preparing for.
And it does free you up and trying new things out.
You know, you're going to the clubs.
We would try things out in practice.
You know, I go out there and I'm going to try this technique out today.
