In the tight labor market, new workers are in high demand, and that's good news for teenagers who want a job.
Teen unemployment is near its lowest level in decades, as businesses look to them to help fill a record number of open positions.
So what's the teen workforce look like?
To find out, I'm joined now by WSJ workforce reporter Catherine Dill.

Katherine, I remember having a summer job working in fast food when I was about 15 or 16, and I learned a lot.
Having a summer job is like a rite of passage into adulthood, right?
Katherine, we've been talking a lot on the show about the tight labor market and how workers really have a lot more leverage, asking for more flex time and higher wages.
