I would just I just need some evidence out here.

but not taking it at face value, you see a man desperate, telling a story, filling in all the gaps with all the details that he's been accused of, things levied at him.

And so, yeah, he's just throwing all of it out there so he can maybe, say, make the torture stop.

But it doesn't.

I mean, like, it's like the Salem witch trials.

They're like, well, we'll throw you in the river, and if you die, you're innocent.

And if you don't die, we'll kill you because you're a witch.

So there's no out.

Yeah, you're screwed no matter what.

It's a lose-lose situation.

But this image shows Stump, who he, his daughter and his mistress, by the way, were all sentenced to death.

It's unclear why the daughter and mistress were also to suffer the same fate, maybe because the relations meant that they were also cursed or they enabled some sort of whatever.

Obviously, we're not dealing with the brightest crowd.
