OK, really was.

Yeah, that's all him.

So he was tied to a wheel and on the far left you see the first phase which was they took hot pincers and 10 different times they clamped at his flesh and peeled off pieces of his skin and muscle.

Then in the second part right there in the middle, you can see a guy swinging an axe backwards because they use the blunt side of an axe to break all this poor man's limbs.

And then finally, in the third wheel there on the right, you see that he's beheaded and his head is then taken and burned on a pyre.

This is they think to end this curse.

You can see the body being dragged back to a fire back there.

Yeah.

And I suspect that that's the mistress and daughter also in that fire.

Oh, my God.

Terrible.

It went over the top.

Yeah, but you see him in the background on the top left, you know, with a wolf head and human body.

You see the full wolf shape kind of dragging somebody away.

So you can see that iconography throughout this.

Yeah, it's kind of like telling the whole story front to back.

You see the whole town's folk in the back with their pitchforks, literally.

You see that in Beauty and the Beast.

That's from something, you know, those pitchforks and fires.

Yeah, you're talking about a couple centuries ago.
