Well, Tennessee, yeah.
Well, you have two styles of Tennessee.
You have Western Tennessee, which is your Memphis.
Eastern is Carolina.
That's the bad thing about Tennessee.
It splits right in the middle of the state.
East side gets more Carolina.
West side is all Memphis style.
Or it's also St.
Louis style, Kansas City.
It's all intermixed.
Yeah.
It depends.
I also like Texas style.
I like some salt and pepper.
I like that mesquite or that post oak sometimes.
