Maple, hickory, and cherry.
It's a mixture of those three.
So you get the sweet, you get that savory, but you also get that good hickory.
Yeah, that's like if I want to add that little bit of mesquite.
I see mesquite pellets, and that's if you want to add that extra little bit of thick barbecue flavor.
