It's called a Carolina Twinkie.
So you take a jalapeno, core it out, stuff it with pimento cheese, wrap it in breakfast sausage, wrap that in bacon, and smoke that.
Phenomenal.
That sounds like it.
Then you sauce it.
Yeah, of course.
Then you sauce it with whatever sauce you want.
But I'm not a huge, huge pimento cheese fan.

You and I have been coming up with an Italian bomb dish or something.
We've come up with something where we just take mozzarella, pepperoni, maybe a little bit of marinara or something, wrap that in Italian sausage or something.
We're coming up with something to get that Italian, smoked Italian.
