It all depends on the half-life of the active ingredient of the drug.

Depends on your body's metabolism.

It depends on what you ate or drank and all of this good stuff.

If you did a hair test, spit test, blood test, urine test, it all changes.

But I think the idea here is to give you a bit of a timeline if something were to be found.

Now, we don't know the exact timeline on when she was discovered.

And so we can't really say, OK, well, her results are negative.

What if she was out in the woods for more than a day?

Would that have time for some of these elements to be out of her system?

Those are the unknowns that are still kind of floating around.

We'll tap into the investigation phase here, but since her system was clean, police decided to take her to the Red Lion Hotel, also in Eureka.

That is marked by the red six pin there, so not too far away.

Now again, we don't know exactly why they took her to a hotel versus her home.

You can speculate till the sun goes down, but...

my only thinking here is that it would give her a private place without anybody peeking in her friends or any other colleagues it would be undisclosed and so she would be safe right i think that there's something to that but otherwise we don't truly know oh yeah why a hotel i mean
