Hey, Charlie. How's it going?
Yeah, for sure. First off, I wanted to say you and Erica looked amazing on Monday and Sunday night at the inaugural.
So I wanted to ask you about everyone's favorite guy that President Biden or former President Biden pardoned, Anthony Fauci. So what a smart point. Yeah, keep going. So does Biden pardoning someone like Fauci? Does this he could have been accused of supposedly crimes against humanity with the COVID-19 or with COVID-19. So does his pardoning. warrant an investigation into why he was pardoned?
Is he immune from this investigation because of the pardon? And could we see Another world leader, because I'm hearing rumors right now, but could we see another world leader try to work with President Trump to extradite him to their country so he may be tried on their soil?
I think it was a very cowardly move by Biden. I think it was I think it's absolutely disgusting because it was it was rumored for a month that he wouldn't. It was rumored that he would pardon Fauci, but he wouldn't.
it wouldn't get or we weren't seeing anything and then on his final day pardons his family members pardons fauci the war hawk liz cheney and it was just a very cowardly move by him and i think hopefully i'm i don't think i hope uh justice is served to not only uh the american people but the people of the world that have been affected by coven 19.
Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.

Hey, Charlie. Long time no talk. How are you, my friend? Great. Thank you for being a member. So my first question is, first off, how was your trip to Greenland?
That's good to hear. So first off, my main question is really. Because I'm curious about this, how is the acquisition of Greenland going to be feasible and would it be beneficial for America in the long run?
Hi, Charlie. Can you hear me?
Hi. So I just wanted to introduce myself again. I met you at AmFest actually on Saturday. I'm the Turning Point USA chapter president for University of South Carolina. Yes, we briefly said hello.
Hey, you're a busy man. I get it. I get it, my friend. So I wanted to basically ask you two questions. So In your talks at AmFest, you said continuously that the left is going to come back with something stronger and a way to basically shut down the – or they're going to try and shut down the MAGA movement. They're going to try and shut down Turning Point.
They're going to at least try their best to. And I wanted to ask you, what do you have in mind or what's on your mind about that? What do you see them trying to execute? Great question. Pretty much is my first question. And then my second question is, as a chapter president, what leadership qualities and traits do you look for in someone like me?
Yeah. How's it going, Charlie? Good. How are you? I'm good. I'm the chapter president for the University of South Carolina. Oh, yes. Hi again. How are you? I'm good. I'm doing good. Chapter's doing great as well. We're actually looking to get, at the minimum right now, we're looking at two speakers so far this semester. I love it. It could be a third if you come.
Yeah, definitely. Definitely, we're getting a lot more. We're seeing a lot more conservatives. There's still a couple... crowds out there that we're trying to we're trying to get to come to our meetings. But, you know, it's everything's looking good so far, too. I got a ticket as well for the basketball game on March 2nd here. And if you're around South Carolina.
Yeah, absolutely. So I wanted to talk about the the mass deportations and like what we could see with the housing market. So with mass deportations happening around the country, Let's just take a second to consider what could happen in the construction industry.
So in 2022, the American Immigration Council reported that there were over 23% of or over 23% of the construction workforce in Texas was comprised of illegal and undocumented immigrants. So obviously, this very state by state, but regardless, we're sure to see a massive change because 23%, that's almost a quarter of the entire construction workforce. So
we're going to see a massive change in the construction workforce and the mass deportation with mass deportations on the rise. So what do you predict the future of the construction market looks like with there going to be a low supply of construction workers? Will we see service and trade workers maybe learn the art of construction? And how do you think the housing market will be affected by this?
