Not someone, but something.
Back when we still had Wilbur, he would sometimes attack animals, small critters in our backyard.
And one time he tried to attack a baby squirrel, maybe did a little damage.
So the squirrel was struggling.
And Laura made me sit out in a chair to protect the baby squirrel because she was worried that Wilbur would come back and try and...
finish the job or something.
So I sat and babysat this squirrel for probably half an hour.
It was just limping around in the backyard.
So I was just keeping an eye on him to make sure Wilbur, stay out of it.
Get out of here.
And then I left.
And surely that squirrel is totally fine.
There was no other predators out there, right?
Oh, no.
Nothing bad could happen to this squirrel that's injured without me watching.
I'm sure it existed.
Continue to live after that.
I was trying to do my part because we don't have enough squirrels around here.
We're really lacking.
That's right.
