It's just a face.

I mean, I'm looking at the dog, I'm like, I don't think the dog's, you know, obese.

I mean, how can you tell that, you know?

And then it talking about um a problem with the right uh the hind leg and the lumps on the skin and everything, you know, seeing that and then something to do with the heart.

And then the owner was like, uh, yeah, actually the dog is obese, does have lumps all on the skin, actually tore an ACL on the right hind leg and just blasted the doctor to get uh it uh the heart check.
