The Saudis have been using that pipeline that takes about five to six million barrels of oil to the Red Sea and then from the Red Sea goes through the Gulf of Aden and then on to the Asian markets.

It's also a smaller volume.
The Red Sea has about 12 percent of the global oil flow.
The Persian Gulf has 20 percent.
You put the two of them together, you will get a much, much worse economic crunch than we saw during the first phase of this war.
And even if
The Saudis can ship their oil northwards and through the Suez Canal.
Mindful of the fact that the oil is going to Asia, it means that it has to go all around Africa before it gets there.
So the cost, even if the flow resumes to a certain extent, it will be much, much more expensive.
These are some of the nightmare scenarios, frankly, that were avoided in the first phase or the first attempt at war that Trump started.
Now, he started a second one without what appears to be some sort of a plan, because what we have seen for the last 10 days or so is a lot of bombings, but nothing that is particularly strategically decisive.
Yes, there's been a targeting of bridges and civilian infrastructure that
arguably would constitute war crimes.
