This is me speaking on June 9th, 2022 at 4.56 p.m. I text my wife waiting to lock this whack job up.

These juvenile and professional comments have zero impact on the facts and the evidence and the integrity of this investigation.
The first thing I noticed on Mr. O'Keefe is he had abrasions on his right arm. On the top of his right arm is approximately 6 to 8, ranging from his forearm to his low bicep. There was no injuries underneath that forearm. Both eyes were swollen and black and blue. He had a cut on, I believe it was his right nostril, another smaller cut, I believe it was on his left eye.
Those are the injuries that kind of jumped out to me.
We walked down the driveway, and then we observed Ms. Reed's Lexus parked in the driveway, the front of it facing one of the garage doors. That's when we observed the broken taillight on the right side of the vehicle. We then proceeded to the front door. The snow was about up to our waist and knocked on the door and was greeted by Mr. Reed.
Yeah, the right rear taillight had a bunch of large pieces missing from it.
Sergeant Mechanic and I never touched any part of that vehicle.
After confirming the phone Ms. Reed was holding was, in fact, hers, we told her we were seizing the phone and we'd be writing a search warrant for that.

I could only imagine what internal fears the BPD are trying to get out there. Second response, same number. She hot at least. So these came from me. From all accounts, he didn't do anything wrong. She's a whack job. C-U-N-T. Objection.

These were, from all accounts, he didn't do anything wrong. I'm talking about the homeowner, Mr. Albert. I had mentioned the compelling evidence against Ms. Reed at this point indicated that Mr. Albert had nothing to do with Mr. O'Keefe's death. The rest of the unprofessional and regrettable comments are something I'm not proud of, and I shouldn't have wrote in a private or any type of setting.
16, 18 hours later, and we conducted multiple interviews. We knew Mr. O'Keefe never went into Fairview Road. We knew there was one shoe at the scene, one shoe at the hospital. Based off Mr. O'Keefe's injuries, Ms.
