For sure. Definitely. That's important. I think positive cash flow is important. You don't want to be with somebody that's a liability. You need assets. More assets than liabilities, for sure.

Yes. You know what I saw on social media? People with a prenup are less likely to get divorced than people without a prenup. Is that true? That's what I saw, a divorce lawyer. He said he's done thousands of prenups and only had five divorces.

I put on my Instagram last year that I was thinking about running for governor of New York. And so I have political friends. So one of my friends was actually a Congress person. And they're like, are you serious about this? I'm like, look, nah, I'm not serious about it. Don't worry. But I do think that... I'm 50-50 on the politics thing. Half of me would be very interested in being in office.
